Extremely poor customer service
I like the products from this company but they are extraordinarily bad at customer service. If you are a consumer who relies on the types of products that Nordic Naturals sells, it is likely best to look elsewhere. Their website frequently does not work (nor does the chat feature), and their "customer service" representatives are not available by phone. If they are unable to get their act together, they will not have a company or customer base to sell to, which makes having a backup for ordering similar products even more useful. It is a shame, as I do believe they make good quality supplements.

Received “Nordic Naturals Ultimate Amega 3” All the soft gels stuck together!!! not the normal! Also order was much later than promised delivery date!

Dogshit. Horrible customer service. I subscribed to their fish oil, I cancelled the subscription yet they still charge me every month. I have talked to their customer support and they’ve been horrific. Horrible, unethical company

These are the most disgusting tasting…
These are the most disgusting tasting things ever. I received an RMA and sent them back complete with tracking. They received them and said that I didn't return them and they wouldn't refund anything. I had to work with my credit card company disputing the charge. This company is a complete scam! Stay away from them!
