Stay Away! Subscription Scam
Stay Away!! I paid £1.95 for an autism test result (it wasn't even a very useful result). What it does not make clear is that you are entering into a 7-day trial, then 7 days later they will take £39.95 from you. That will eventually be £39.95 per month if you don't cancel. No email prior saying "welcome to our services" or any other warning. They fully well know that neurodivergent people are less likely to spot these things - what's obvious to neurotypical them is not obvious to the people they supposedly provide wellbeing services for. They also fully well know that neurodivergent people are less likely to afford such subscriptions because whilst I am in full-time work, I am a minority. Majority of neurodivergent people are not in full-time work and have more important things to prioritise their spending . They are exploiting us rather than helping us. They did refund very quickly, but made clear it was only a "gesture of goodwill," not that they were doing anything wrong. Hopefully the UK government can speed up their plans to make such subscription plans illegal.

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TODAY AND I HAVE NEVER ENGAGED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR LINK IS DEAD IN THE PAYPAL RESOLUTION CENTER. THEY ARE A CON. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON ANY OF THEIR LINKS. I CLICKED ON NONE AND THEY STILL STOLE FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND KEEP REPORTING.

A complete scam! You can’t send instant messages on their website, and I haven’t received any reply by email. The expected one-off charge was 2 euros, but they’ve now debited 39 euros on several occasions. I’d warn you about this company!
