Made in China. Delivery took ages. Picture of the set I bought had slippers on it but the set didn't actually include them. Refund and return process was hell.

Brought what I thought were good…
Brought what I thought were good slippers for inside wear Only wore for 5 weeks and the soles broke. Because you only have 25 days warranty from delivery date there is no Replacement. I would therefore be careful of any products. It is hard to get quality now a day. Service & quality should be a priority in such a disposable world If quality is want your hoping for this is not your website.

Poor delivery and Poor quality
I recently ordered the ana floral duffle bag on the 1st of August and it arrived yesterday on the 18th. Shipping was long and wholly unreliable with no communication which is a completely inadequate service. However once the bag arrived it had a gorgeous flora design and was a perfectly sized bag for travelling. On the contrary the quality was extremely thin for a ‘quilted’ bag and as soon as I put weight in the bag the clasp at the end broke so not an entirely practical design and especially not happy for the money I spent.

Hooked with my first order
Ordered multiple items which all came within the early part of the delivery window. All items were as described and I'm going to order again from this company. Love all the items they are selling...the items are all my exact taste as well. Website is easy to navigate as well.
