Location du 25 juillet au 8 août 2026. Prise en charge professionnelle par Ayoub et Aymane service impeccable à l'aéroport de Nador, deux jeunes hommes très pro, sérieux, accueillants et serviables. Voiture conforme à la demande neuve, propre et récente. Le retour s'est très bien passé, je recommande cette agence sérieuse.

I booked a car through DiscoverCars…
I booked a car through DiscoverCars with NorthCar Rental in Nador. Upon arrival at Nador Airport, I was informed that I could not collect the vehicle without paying a security deposit and that my Mastercard debit card was not accepted for the deposit, despite the rental agreement clearly stating that this card type was accepted. After speaking with other car rental companies at the airport, I was told that this is unfortunately a common practice used to charge customers additional costs. As a result, I was forced to rent another car at very short notice, even though I had already paid for the original vehicle in advance. The alternative rental was significantly more expensive, which caused me considerable financial loss and unnecessary stress during my trip. I strongly advise future customers to carefully review the rental conditions and to be cautious when booking with this rental company, as my experience was neither transparent nor satisfactory.

Check vehicle thoroughly
1. Not what was advertised. Old model vehicle compared to later models used by other car hires. 2. Heat/cool button was faulty. Did not realise it was until needed. 3. Registration was expired 4. Driver brake light not working. 5. Paid full insurance, yet when called for assistance, insurer stated only comes out for mechanical issue not electrical. 6. Very rude service. Recommend remove from AUCKLAND AIRPORT HIRE. Cars are not latest compared to other HIRES and as for assistance, 'NOT HELPFUL AT ALL', made to feel I was the one who damaged it stating there was no issues prior MY collecting. Noted to self, NEVER USE NORTH RENTAL AGAIN
