Would not book with this company. We booked through TripAdvisor in April for a late-August trip, only to have Norway Excursions cancel our Briksdal Glacier excursion just 12 days before departure, claiming the minimum number of participants wasn’t met. This is hard to understand given that their trips appear to sell out quickly. Their customer service was also extremely disappointing—they don’t answer the phone, and the email address listed on their website doesn’t even work. Four of us were booked on this trip, and we felt completely let down. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend this company.

We understand that you were unhappy about the cancellation. What we do not accept, however, is the repeated publication of misleading and factually incorrect statements across multiple platforms. Your excursion was cancelled because the minimum number of participants required to operate the tour was not reached. This is explicitly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which you accepted when making your booking. We are fully entitled to cancel a tour in these circumstances, and the cancellation was made in accordance with those conditions. Furthermore, after you contacted us today, we did answer your call and we offered you an alternative excursion with one of our partners. Therefore, the claim that our phone was not answered is simply not true. The statement that the email address on our website does not work is also incorrect, you never emailed us (we checked all folders). You are, of course, entitled to be disappointed with the cancellation. You are also entitled to leave a negative review. But repeatedly posting the same complaint on different platforms while adding statements that are demonstrably untrue is not a fair representation of what actually happened. We have thousands of guests travelling with us every season, and we take customer service very seriously. We will always acknowledge when a customer has had a disappointing experience, but we will not accept false accusations being presented as facts. We regret that the cancellation affected your plans. However, we stand by our decision, our Terms & Conditions, and the way this matter was handled.

Geiranger Mt. Dalsnibba and Eagle Road

This tour - Geiranger Mt. Dalsnibba and Eagle Road - was excellent. The views were spectacular. The driving very safe (even through all the hair pin turns) and the commentary was very informative. I was able to see a lot of different things all from the comfort of the bus. Highly recommend.

Beautiful scenery

Lulu,the guide,was very profesional and offered lots of information,in perfect enghlish. Marius,the driver,was excellent. But the excursion was a bit rushed,we would have liked more free time and more spots to visit.

Amazing!

Amazing!! Highlight of our cruise. Claudia was an excellent tour guide. She was very informative and so helpful and kind. The scenery was incredible, took my breath away. Would 100% recommend. 5 stars!

Abbiamo fatto una bellissima escursione col pullman a Geiranger con questa compagnia super organizzata con prezzi molto accessibili! La nostra guida, di nome Iria ( non so se è scritto così) super bravissima, parlava italiano e francese, ci ha spiegato una marea di curiosità e storie! Abbiamo apprezzato davvero tantissimo 🩷❤️ professionalità top, sempre sorridente e preparata! Da rifare sicuramente 🥰
