Absolutely love Notebook Therapy. I've been shopping from them for a few years now. The stickers are cute, the washi tape sticker roll sets are amazing, and the notebooks have unexpected quality in the aesthetics as well as paper that I don't have to worry about bleeding. If I were to make one criticism, it would be the limited dates they include in their sticker packs (monday, tues, wedn, etc). I think it's super duper cute but if your going to include the week day, put them in their own sticker pack with at least a few sheets. Or maybe give them their own sticker roll set! Otherwise, the cute weekday stickers included in the sticker packs feel useless if you journal like me.

There were many problems that I was not…
There were many problems that I was not impressed with. My order took almost 2 weeks to be shipped even though my credit card was charged immediately. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to ship a package. And once shipped, took an additional 2 weeks. The package was packaged poorly, and multiple items were damaged. Truly pathetic on their end, they need to do better, especially with the outrageous prices they charge. I will never spend my money here again. Lesson learned.

I have purchased from Notebook Therapy a lot of times and they products are well put together and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to any and all stationary addicts out there.

There is no customer service
There is no customer service. I placed an order on August 16th and have not received any updates or notifications about the order. I have contacted Notebook Therapy via email, their online form, and Instagram, but they have ignored my requests for information.
