Now it's time I leave
I ordered pine oil it had very faint smell. I have faithfully used Now products for 15 years. As I am on Chemotherapy and have other health issues. I did the paper towel test it did not dry completely and it had a oily residue left which showed it was cut. Left email no response called the Midwest office ghastly customer service they refused to Replace or Refund. If I could I would leave a - 10 star. Please leave Now now. You can try Aura Cacia, Guru Nanda, or Whole foods house brand . With our pennies being squeezed blue no one should pay for lies & deceit. Sincerely, Never Again!

I purchased NOW brand Selenium
I purchased NOW brand Selenium. Mixed in the container were 5 tablets that didn't belong. I contacted the company. At first they said they would send a courier to pick up the bottle to see what the other items were, now they're just ghosting me. I guess they don't care about quality control. Pretty disappointed since I have no idea if the bottle tampered with or if it was cross contamination at the factory. Either way not a good situation.

Stay safe and shop elsewhere!
Purchased HMB from this company and it caused severe gastro issues. I notified them and it took 4 days to get to speak with someone. No apologies, no refund discussed, just excuses. Garbage company, garbage products. I specifically told them that the money wasn't as important as letting them know that they are selling this HMB crap that can and is hurting people and my intentions are to spare someone else from what I have gone through. They should not be able to get a good night's sleep for the way they treat people.
