We had huge problems integrating ODOO…
We had huge problems integrating ODOO SH Version 18 with DHL. The problem was cause by the fact, that DHL does not provide integration for normal DHL Post contract, it only provide automatic integration with DHL Express contract. We spend hours in figuring out the problem, it costed us weeks of email communication with DHL and internal trial and error. After figuring out the root problem, we purchased this app with its other app shipping integration and contacted NS Infosystem for their support to configure it. NS Infosystem proved to be very professional and helpful, wit their help we solved the problem and integrated our ODOO with DHL. Furthermore they also provided us additional consultancy on how to optimize shipping module of ODOO. We highly recommend NS Infosystem to it to any organization or firm facing such issues.

We had a great experience so far with…
We had a great experience so far with NS Infosystem. For our client we needed solution (module) that would connect our Odoo database with GLS Croatia. It was not available as module at the moment and NS Infosystem did it for us - and there was no extra charge. After that we had few support questions that were answered very quickly and precise. Would recommend 10/10.

The module for DPD in Odoo 17 was…
The module for DPD in Odoo 17 was working perfect but I needed some changes. It turned out the changes were alreay available, simply by changing settings. Additional requirements were added within 1 hour...thats fantastic service! You can use this modele and expect it to work, out of the box. The service was perfect!!
