Nuola wigs are just plain beautiful! I have alopecia, no hair at all. But with these wigs from Nuola, I have confidence in myself again. They look so real not wiggy at all. Their customer service is spot on too. Well worth the price.

I have just received another gorgeous human hair Nuola wig has made me feel so beautiful. This is my second wig from Nuola and I am absolutely obsessed! I love it so much!! I’ve lost all my hair as I have had breast cancer and chemotherapy. These wigs are so natural and give me so much confidence to feel feminine again. The wig is made with love and it is pure quality. I’m eternally grateful thank you

Loyal Nuaola Customer Real Review

I've been a Nuola customer for several years, and I genuinely can't imagine buying my units anywhere else. I have alopecia, so finding hair that looks natural and makes me feel confident is incredibly important to me. Over the years, I've purchased custom units, worn the Eda, and now consistently buy the Cynthia unit, which has become my go-to. What keeps me coming back is the quality and realism. The hairline is absolutely insane. It's hands down the most natural-looking hairline I've ever seen. I've had countless interactions where people assume it's my natural hair, which is such a confidence boost. The hair is beautiful, the craftsmanship is exceptional, and the units are comfortable enough for everyday wear. As someone who depends on wigs not just for style but for confidence, Nuola has truly been life-changing. If you're looking for hair that look incredibly realistic and helps you feel like your best self, I can't recommend Nuola enough. They've earned a customer for life. ❤️

£1200 for two months use:(

I purchased a 26-inch human hair wig from Nuola for approximately £1,200 and first began wearing it on 31 March 2026. Within around two months of normal wear, the wig experienced severe shedding, loss of density, dryness and matting. The hair has become so thin that the wig no longer resembles the product I purchased. What was originally a full 26-inch wig is pretty much 18inch, with thin broken ends. The hair is constantly dry, tangles very easily and mats throughout the day, despite being cared for in accordance with the guidance provided. The overall appearance, thickness and quality have deteriorated dramatically in a very short period of time. The wig has developed sparse areas and bald patches where so much hair has been lost that the density is visibly uneven. I need to use eyeshadow in my head to cover it. I have worn wigs for many years due to alopecia and am very familiar with proper wig care. The wig was washed carefully, worn approximately 4–5 days per week. I contacted Nuola and provided photographs showing the condition of the wig shortly after purchase compared with its condition after only a few months of wear. Although I received an initial response within 24 hours-, I am currently still waiting for an update regarding the outcome of my complaint. I last sent an email late Tuesday, it’s currently Friday evenings. As someone with alopecia, a wig is not a fashion accessory but an essential part of daily life. For a wig costing approximately £1,200 to deteriorate to this extent after only two months of normal wear has been both upsetting and stressful. EDIT- my name is not Sara, and the things stated in this reply are not true. I will be posting the pictures of the before and after two month, since they are claiming I’m lying? And that I’m someone else? I have never paid for a replacement service?

As your wig is covered under our warranty, we want to reassure you that we are committed to resolving this for you. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to move forward with the next steps. In order to assess the cause of the shedding, we will need you to send the wig back to us for inspection. To ensure you are not without a wig during this time, we can send you a temporary loan wig on Monday. While we cannot guarantee it will be the exact same length or colour as your original wig, we will do our best to provide you with a blonde option that is as suitable as possible. Please note that our loan wigs must not be used with glue, and we kindly ask that the loan wig is returned to us before we send your original wig back. We hope this solution helps make the process as smooth as possible while we investigate the issue and determine the best resolution for you. I’ve ordered this wig three times now

I’ve ordered this wig three times now, which says a lot about how much I like it. The quality is excellent, and it offers great value for money. The hair looks natural, feels soft, and is comfortable to wear for long periods. It holds up well with regular use and maintains its appearance much better than many wigs in the same price range. What I appreciate most is the consistent quality—each time I’ve ordered it, I’ve been just as happy as the first time. If you’re looking for a wig that looks good and performs well, I would definitely recommend this one.
