This place has HORRIBLE customer…
This place has HORRIBLE customer service!!! I ordered a product was sent to the wrong address so they shipped it back to them and they were gonna ship it back like 4 weeks later!!! Took me forever to get to customer service. Even when the package was on the way back to them they could of sent me the product but they didn’t! So I called cancelled my ordrer and they tell me they can’t refund me until the product is delivered to them!!! So I found the product on another site and got a way better deal!! Please do not shop with this company they do not care about thier customers! I will never order from them again!!

Dont listen to the negative reviews Nutrition Faktory is awesome!
The preworkout I wanted was sold out in the flavor I wanted so I had to find a different source for it found Nutrition Faktory over a google search and they had it in stock and it was also well priced. Than went to to check the reviews as I never heard of this company before. Some of these reviews made me reconsider my purchase honestly. I bought it anyway! They shipped SUPER QUICK and it arrived today ZERO issues would definitely buy again from this store. No clue whats up with all these negative reviews. Give them a try and see for yourself can 100% recommend Nutrition Faktory.

Ich habe eine Rechnung ohne Produkt…
Ich habe eine Rechnung ohne Produkt bekommen und bin davon ausgegangen das ich erst die Rechnung bezahlen muss bevor ich das produkt bekomme. Bis jetzt trotz mehrmals Email keine Antwort Kein Produkt nur die Bezahlte Rechnung und gestohlenes Geld. Dies ist eine Betrüger Firma passt auf Leute!💁♂️
