Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Always have bad connection. Extremely high fees and unnecessary extra charges. Never recommend this company.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience, forced to try this as a alternative to my existing machine. I was happy to absorb the cost as I didnt want to pass cost on to customers, but I gave in to the persistent salesperson. Everyday the settlement was 1 or 2 cents out and they could not rectify, they changed to next day funding and still could not get it right. I was with them for a long time before I had enough of adjusting invoices to make system match settlement. They did not care at all, eventually I called and said I was done and didnt want it any more. They sent a return postage I had to take to post office to send back. I was told there was no contract and after a few month I got a early termination fee and I refused to pay, contacted them several times about it but no one called me back everything and than $510.00 was taken out from my account. This is a fraudulent company dont do business with them.

Stay away with this company if possible…
Stay away with this company if possible I will give 0 stars . I have been with this company since 2013 beginning of this year I have to transfer to new company everything was same they couldn't transfer the account and they suggested to open new account which I did. After few months later I keep receiving unpaid bill for my old account which I really didn’t understand every month they have been adding extra amount.I contacted to collections to provide proof of bills or statements which they have never provided. Also it’s really hard to get in touch with customers service. At the end I came to know they have been charging lots of fees since 13 years compared to my other merchants.

They contacted me on a private number
They contacted me on a private number! They contacted me on a private number trying to pitch their services. I find it VERY telling that they do not have a Google listing where people can mention reviews. I have no interest in this service at this time and I definitely will not be considering them since they called me on my private number!
