I had an acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment at NYD Clinic, and the experience was exceptional. The team was professional, attentive, and truly cared about my wellbeing. After struggling with headaches for a long time, I finally found real relief. Thank you so much for your expertise and care — I highly recommend NYD to anyone looking for effective treatment and outstanding service.

Absolutely ridiculous!
Absolutely ridiculous! Went to my first appointment everything was fine except the fact that the doctor that had done my consultation had stated that since I will be making an appointment for further treatment the consult is free. When I came to the front desk they had still charged me, I didn't think much of it until I saw on their website they do in fact promote a free consultation in the case of going forth with treatment with them (laser). I still show up to the appointment I had made and even speak to a lady on the phone before hand because I wanted to inform them I would be late (10 minutes). I show up and there's no issue they simply tell me to wait. I proceed to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! Just to be told that they can not find me on their system and that I do not have an appointment... After being told over the phone when I had called that I do... After making me wait and forgetting about my existence or simply ignoring it, they do not apologise for their mistake, they do not explain or offer a solution. The two women at the desk instead proceeded to ignore me further and stare at their computers. I've never experienced such rudeness when it comes to a service like this. To be literally ignored after being made to wait for more than an hour for no absolute reason due to their mistake which I still don't know what exactly had gone wrong since they didn't bother explaining. I truly do wonder how much longer they would have let me wait for if I hadn't finally gone up. Were they waiting for me to leave on my own? Did they forget about me even though we literally talked when I had showed up? This experience was at the very least bizzare.

Zelo prijazno osebje
Zelo prijazno osebje, bila sem hitro na vrsti. Vse v zvezi s preiskavo so mi natančno razložili. Tudi izvid so mi podrobno raztolmačili in domov sem šla pomirjena.
