Great Tennis Shirt
I ordered a tennis shirt for my husband assuming the business was in the Bronx, NY. It is based on feedback that I received when I inquired where the package was. It shows a USPS tracking number, but it is not really valid until the package reaches the U.S. It should not take over a month to receive a package from the Bronx. Customer Service was very nice and responded to each email I sent and then the shirt arrived as was ordered. My husband loved it.

Never received order & they repeatedly lie
I ordered a zip up hoodie from NYC jackets. Over 2 months later, I still have not received it. I have emailed several times & am repeatedly told it will ship next week. When I try to contact through their website, it does not accept my email address, so it appears they have blocked my email address. Don’t waste your time money with NYC jackets!

False advertising and deceptive practices
I ordered a sweater that arrived multiple weeks later than promised and did not match the photos from the website. Instead of being hand-knit thick wool/cotton it looked more mass-produced. Additionally, the website stated that shipping was free (not necessary, but cool perk). Instead, I received a bill in the mail a few weeks after the sweater arrived notifying me that there would be tariff charges that I owed. If there are costs to ship to my country, then putting "free shipping" on the purchase page is both inaccurate and deceptive. I guess my knockoff sweater actually arrived, so that's a plus. Otherwise, I wouldn't trust this company.

They are FRAUD
It's been over 3 weeks that we did the order and I just track it in their website and still said it's processing, they are Scamming, conning, cheating, defrauding, ripping off, swindling. That's wrong of them the number they have is fake also. Try to call and don't even ring once.

READ THE RECENT REVIEWS! This place is horrible. all foreign products made to order. I ordered a jacket based of the size chart on the site. Says the 3XL jacket would be 52" Chest. I received a 3XL with 48". So i initiated a return. Was told I could offer it to a neighbor or family member and they would give me $20 Credit. I said no and they moved to $30 credit. This went on for (4) days - Mind you it takes 2 days to receive any reply from Pakistan. Now that the return was accepted, I had to pay $22 for the return shipping, and $19 in tariff fees. $41 for what? Absolute garbage company!
