I had a physical problem with the power of the camera.
I had a physical problem with the camera after 6 months of us. Contacted customer support. First they tried to blow me of and then asked all kinds of questions, which I answered. It was clear they wanted to avoid replacing the unit. We had 6 units at our company. Customer support is horrible to deal with considering it is such an expensive camera, this is not what we expected. We will not buy any again. We went to a competitor that is less than half the money and better performance.

I bought the OBSBOT tail air to…
I bought the OBSBOT tail air to livestream to TWITCH and YOUTUBE. Unfortunately after spending over $2000 on the product I have had nothing but problems with it. IT does not configure with twitch and after logging out of twitch then re logging back in it is unable to connect to my livestreaming platform. The Facebook group is of no help as all they do is try to sell you an upgrade. If there is an alternative to this product on the market I will gladly look at it as I need need this contraption to do is work.

Very Poor Support Experience in India
I had a very disappointing experience with OBSBOT support. The product is barely 2 months old, and after a very minor slip from laptop screen height to keyboard level, the internal camera alignment issue started appearing. Instead of properly investigating or helping, the support team immediately blamed “human factors” and denied warranty support. What is more frustrating is that there is no proper India support infrastructure. No local service center, no proper repair process in India, and customers are asked to ship products all the way to Hong Kong and pay expensive repair charges. For a premium product, this level of after-sales service is unacceptable. The responses felt generic and unhelpful, with very little effort to genuinely support the customer. If a company is selling products in India, there should be proper local support and accountability as well. I would strongly recommend buyers in India to think carefully before purchasing, especially if after-sales support matters to you. Very disappointing overall experience.

I had issues with my order and order too many items, payment has already been processed but the Obsbot service solved it in literally 20 min after the complaint.
