Issue Handled Professionally – Full Refund Granted
I slipped from a free trial into the paid Pro Plan and was billed three times (USD 24.99 each) even though I never deployed a bot. Support refunded the most recent invoice immediately but initially said the earlier two were outside their 14-day window. What went well • Same-day replies, polite tone. • Detailed policy & EU-law explanations. • After I provided invoices and zero-usage screenshots, they re-examined and refunded the remaining USD 49.98. • Money hit my card within five days. • They even offered two complimentary months of Pro Plan as goodwill. Could be better • Early messages felt a bit template/AI-generated. • A renewal reminder before the first paid cycle would help. Overall OctoBot ultimately chose the customer-friendly path and earned my trust. I’m now keen to actually try their trading features.

one month test basic plan
I gave Octobot a one month test and I am pretty impressed. a.) ease of business and easy to setup b.) very eye friendly web interface. No unneccesary overload of info c.) clear overview of payment bots and free to use / try bots. d.) the learn to earn approach is nice. There is, however a bit a problem. It requires a 5 coin basket to receive some free xp and points to be able to unlock further bots, but at the moment on coinbase there are no 5 coin baskets available that are for free. Please do give some other options to choose from. Maybe add just one 5 coin basket for free to use for like 2 months. Thank you!

Setting up Octobot for crypto arbitrage trading
Setting this up for crypto arbitrage trading consisted of setting up Octobot while utilizing python and docker on chrome. It may have took me a couple hours to setup, but this thing is where it's at in terms of gearing up to make a whole bunch of money. Ive got Octobot running on multiple exchanges paired with several crypto currency pairs using python and docker on chrome. In 24hrs I made 300+ trades with a total trading volume of 95 million and a profit of 15 million. It's on simulated trading mode until I get the full hang of Octobot. I'm highly impressed so far. This is the setup I've been looking to find for a long time.

Absolutely faultless product and the service is responsive and exemplary. However, the reason for this review is that there are 8 reviews. 6 x 5-star and 2 x 1-star. As a calculation this gives OCTOBOT a rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 not 3.7?!
