I discovered the a fake broker called Capital Loan Brokerage. Which claimed to have fund a loan for me to a fake offshore “bank” or loan agency - Banco Suisse Offshore Financial Services. They asked me to open a bank account for $100, which I did. After some few days, I was asked to maintain the minimum amount of R20000 in the account. Which I did. The next demand was for a Guarantor Document from preferred partner - JBC Capital Limited. Which asked for crazy fee. I refused to pay it. When I did due diligence and discovered that the all that was a scam. I tried to recall my funds. Which it was not possible. They demanded the so called msb license. My account was eventually blocked and my money gone. The case is reported to authorities. They have now came with new name and website Banca di Capital Offshore Financial Services

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
We have paid Mr. Butkus a ton of money to provide us with the promised service - to open a business bank account for our businees which is based in the UAE. His fee was 1500 EUR and the EMI(the financial institution) fee was 450 EUR. The whole process took us 3 months, they gathered a ton of information, around 50-100 questions asked and we have provided detailed proof on how we operate + evidence and previous bank statements. Mr. Butkus (the CEO of offshorebankaccounts) said in the very beginning that our business model will be accepted and the EMI would be totally ok with it, and that is why we have paid to him/them, he revised all our answers to the questions asked by the bank(the EMI), and even edited 1-2 of them, then we sent them to the bank(the EMI), EVERY BATCH OF QUESTIONS/ANSWERS! The whole process is really slow and it took 3 months, however the final outcome was that our company was REJECTED! The EMI(the bank) does not discolose the reason for that. We have purposed offshorebankaccounts/Mr. Butkus to issue a partial refund - 75% of the amount we have paid to them and keep the rest 25% for just answering to us "your answers are good, go ahead." - they/he only have edited 1-2 questions a bit which wasn't something critical. We strongly believe that could have been the best outcome because they will have something in return for just replying to us with short answers, THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE THE RESULTS - WE DON'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS ACCOUNT OPENED + we have wasted 3 months of our time and effort for gather all of the requested information. We don't require 100% of the amount, so what is wrong with issuing a partial refund?! We knew the bank(the EMI) before mr. Butkus and it was on our list to apply for account after all other EMIs on the market. We have paid to him because we thought he has strong connections and can actually provide us with working account. We would strongly recommend you to reach any of the banks/EMIs by yourself, this way, if you get rejected, you would lose only the bank's fee, you will save 1500 EUR or in some cases even more! By the way, our last email sent to them/him was on 04.10.2022, after a whole week, still no answer and no partial refund! STAY AWAY! YOU ARE SMART ENOUGH TO DO THIS YOURSELVES! SAVE YOUR FUNDS FOR MORE APPLICATIONS IS BETTER THAN TO WASTE IT FOR 1 APPLICATION ONLY!!!
