Item never delivered scammed and not refunded
Preordered an item on January 2026 for Dragon ball Vol 1 Visual Adventure, and instead of being sent on March I was notified it will be sent in May. On May 15 th I was provided with a tracking number were it left Japan on the 22nd May and from there, no further updates were provided on tracking number (CN 126 349 105 JP) Almost 3 months passed and no new updates. The company is really unhelpful and provided no solution. Not even opened a lost package with JapanPost.. nothing always stating it will be delivered were in reality it is other lost/stolen and remains undelivered. Do not buy from them it's not trustworthy, unreliable and a scamming company with terrible customer service that once they got your money they don't care

A great way for people to get…
A great way for people to get merchandise like SHFiguarts if you dont live in the USA! While other sites have much more prominent reputations, they all have their own problems (some have every exclusive you could imagine and by far more shipping options, but you need to find and buy them the second they drop or its gone...) You can combine orders, or hold items at their warehouse for shipping, or both! Okini Lands customer service was super reliable and can even respond to you months after your order is placed, and even clarified things for me when I was confused on order combination and cancellation. I got my hands on my first 3 figuarts today, with more to come! Always at market price, reliable delivery service, and almost anything you could want to buy. Highly reccomend this pretty niche site!

Produits corrects, mais service client robotisé figé dans une autre époque
Ces dernières années, j'ai passé plusieurs commandes chez Okini Land afin de finaliser mes collections Megadrive Jap ainsi que Neo Geo AES. Les jeux reçus sont authentiques, bien emballés et en bon état général. Sur la qualité des produits, rien à signaler. En revanche, je souhaite informer les futurs acheteurs d’un point important: mon expérience avec le service client a été très décevante. Malgré des demandes claires, polies et raisonnables, j’ai toujours eu affaire au même interlocuteur, d’une rigidité extrême concernant les déclarations douanières. Quand un client vivant en France explique calmement la situation, qu’il paie des taxes parfois très élevées et qu’il cherche simplement une solution logique, un minimum de flexibilité et de compréhension serait normal. Ici, c’est impossible: on a l’impression d’échanger avec une procédure appliquée comme une “mission divine”, sans jamais se demander si elle est logique, adaptée ou juste. Le plus problématique reste un contresens récurrent: dès qu’un client évoque les frais d’importation, on lui répond comme s’il cherchait à éviter la TVA ou à “sous‑déclarer” un colis. Or ce n’est pas le sujet. Les frais automatiques appliqués en France (taxation du transport, frais de dossier, flux automatisés) n’ont rien à voir avec la TVA, et deviennent ces deux dernières années disproportionnés pour des jeux d’occasion. Demander une valeur cohérente avec le marché japonais n’a rien d’illégal: c’est simplement du bon sens… pourtant, ce point semble totalement incompris. Conséquence: des frais de douane absurdes, plus élevés que nécessaire (entre 25 % et 50 % selon les flux, puisque désormais tout est informatisé), et un dialogue qui ne mène nulle part. Le service client semble privilégier la rigidité plutôt que la satisfaction du client, et aucune erreur n’est jamais reconnue. Recevoir des réponses rigides, voire ironiques, sans écoute, sans adaptation, sans prise en compte du contexte ou de l’historique client, n’est plus acceptable en 2026. Si vous commandez depuis l’étranger, soyez conscients de ce fonctionnement avant d’acheter. Pour ma part, cette attitude inappropriée me pousse désormais à changer de boutique. D’autres enseignes ont compris depuis longtemps qu’écouter leurs clients, s’adapter et respecter leurs demandes raisonnables est la base de la fidélisation, sans brandir à tort l’argument d’illégalité comme une règle appliquée automatiquement.
