Great service from Old Fashioned…
Great service from Old Fashioned Bathrooms, returning customers, this time they fitted out our guest bathroom, designing, supplying and fitting. Neil and Rhys did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results. Communication was good from Paul and the team, all in all very happy to recommend.

Ordered a £1,000 Bette steel bath from…
Ordered a £1,000 Bette steel bath from Old Fashioned Bathrooms which arrived with a chip to the enamelled rim. The bath had not been installed or used, and I raised the issue with photos showing the damage. Rather than offering a replacement or partial refund, the response was that the damage was reported outside their 24-hour window and therefore they would only recommend buying a touch-up repair kit from the manufacturer. I understand companies need policies, but for a premium enamelled steel bath I expected a more reasonable resolution than being told to repair a brand-new product myself. I was hoping to buy 3 bathrooms with them but will go to other suppliers. Very dissapointed.

From start to finish, Old Fashioned bathrooms have been great. They answered all my questions before I bought my new bath, the order process was really straightforward, the delivery was on time, and the bath was painted to a very high standard in the exact colour I had requested. I would definitely recommend them.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service from Old Fashioned Bathrooms. I would use them again without question. Paul answered all my questions quickly, with care and attention; Jade replied to my emails promptly and efficiently (no AI/robots involved!). We had a few problems due to no fault of the company but they were resolved without fuss. In what became a stressful situation, it was a pleasure to deal with Old Fashioned Bathrooms.
