Second purchase, major quality drop
I first bought the Low 1 in white back in 2023 and genuinely loved them. They felt premium — solid Italian leather, well-made, and they held up for years with only normal wear. That’s why I ordered another pair. The new ones are a completely different shoe. Still expensive, but they feel mass-produced and cheap. The quality just isn’t there anymore and no longer matches the price. I noticed they no longer market them the same way (handmade / premium materials), which explains a lot. Disappointing as a returning customer who used to recommend them.

DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY. They mislead customers about their products online (charging $45 for an “orthopedic” version of a shoe when all you get is an alternative footbed that you have to install yourself which actually feels WORSE on your foot than the one that comes with the shoe). I paid $25 extra for “expedited” delivery and they never delivered the shoe AT ALL! They use this weird, janky delivery company at which it is impossible to reach a human being, and It is also impossible to speak with a human at Cabell about an order. This is an all-around complete disaster of a company that has no conscience. There are tons of nice sneakers out there in the same price range that you can buy. Just do not buy Oliver Cabell.

Oliver Cabell - This company has the worst customer…
Oliver Cabell has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 5 pairs of sneakers and wound up returning all but one. I must have sent 20+emails to complete the return. I returned the sneakers because they changed manufacturers. They use to be made in Italy and are now made in China. It took me several months to receive my refund and they charge you $20 dollar a pair handling fee to return. I’ve moved on to the P448 and golden goose. Much better made and stylish and they also have excellent customer service without THE HASSLE.

ZERO STARS-WORST COMPANY!!!!!
I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order with this company. I spent almost $500 on two pairs of shoes after being told on their website they offer free shipping and worry-free returns. After I placed the order WITH FREE SHIPPING, I discovered they had added a $20.25 “shipping protection” fee. Now I’m being charged another $20 to return the shoes, which, by the way, run A FULL SIZE too small. So much for “free shipping” and “worry-free returns.” I’m now out $40 simply for ordering and returning shoes that are nowhere close to accurately sized. Oliver Cabell, I hope the $40 was worth it, because you’ve lost a customer permanently. I would strongly recommend reading the reviews and the fine print before ordering from this company.
