I purchased a pair of Oliver People's glasses. Within a few months, the glass layers started delaminating. I immediately put in a claim to them. They force you to run their claims through Luxottica Retail. Luxottica responded some time later that it's not a warranty issue, and asked for payment. I responded saying this was unacceptable since it's clearly a warranty issue. They did not respond after multiple follow-ups. As such, I figured I'd call Oliver People's directly since I thought they'd be able to help. They responded by saying I had to submit a form to Luxottica online. I mentioned I did this but did not get any response after multiple attempts. They said I had to contact them online. I told them that's the issue: they're not responsive and aren't helping. The Oliver Peoples representative told me that I needed to go to Luxottica and that they had no phone. I asked for a manager to see if they might be able to help. At which point he hung up on me. Normally I wouldn't go through so much bother, but I did like these glasses, and I wanted to like this brand. But after experiencing what has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, I'd caution everyone to stay away from this brand entirely. I do truly hope this reaches their management and they change their ways...

The worst customer service ever. I have a pair of OP clip on sunglasses to go with my OP13 glasses. The sunglasses broke. Contacted customer to enquire about a replacement or a repair as I have had them only a year. Advised to go to another website affiliated to Oliver Peoples. What a terrible experience. After several attempts including sending photos I have given up. It was either staffed with cretins or AI. I shall never buy OP products again and would urge anyone to do the same. If I could give zero points for customer service I would even one star is too much.

I bought a pair of oliver peoples sunglasses and they have fogged up and are cloudy. For a week I have been cleaning them to no avail so today I went to the store where I purchased them and much to my surprise the three clerks in unison declared this as a common issue. Well, I have been wearing glasses for many years and there have been many hot days and my glasses never clouded up. It must be pretty cheap plastic in the $1,000 glasses. So, I will never purchase another pair and left the store realizing I met the rudest people working at the Mall at Short Hills in NJ.

Worst pair of prescription eye glasses i ever bought (25+ years). The designs look sooo good but then i bought it. Paid with the glasses approximately $900 USD. Yes 900 US DOLLARS!! frame kept getting super loose and no matter what i do, i can fix it. Tightened the nails and asked them but no reasonable answer. The glasses are the biggest scam ever. Bought was was, according to them, the highest quality glasses that provide complete protection from dust, smudging, oil, scratches, etc... So i paid for the holy grail of glasses, right? The worst glasses i ever got and i bought some for 50-80 USD. Its a dust and smudge magnet and i cant see without cleaning them. Even the smallest hint of dust and my eyesight get blocked and it gets uncomfortable quickly. I keep cleaning them every 2 hours and they get dirty quickly without me even touching them. Stay away at all costs!!!! Biggest scam in eye glasses

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
