I’m extremely happy with Omni Themes and especially with the Eurus theme. The theme is fantastic, carefully designed, and incredibly accurate in every detail. It offers great flexibility, excellent performance, and all the features needed to create a professional and polished online store. What makes the experience even better is the outstanding customer support. The Omni Themes team is always responsive, professional, and very quick to address any request or issue. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they have provided clear and effective solutions in a timely manner. Solo entrepreneur that has been burned before with other Shopify themes. I have been blown away by the quality of functions and the sheer responsiveness/eagerness to provide excellent support from the team. This is not just one member of the team, this is every touchpoint experienced that has been positive. When there are custom coding requests needed or bugs encountered, their team responds within a day trying their best to understand your needs. They are in-genius in brilliantly providing solutions needed. Bravo!

The support and tech team have been helpful to review and follow up some changes to the Maximize shopify theme, it's been deployed to two of my clients' stores. Highly recommended their theme and BSS shopify app.

Feature rich theme with excellent customer service
I've been using the Eurus theme for more than half a year now and they are always pushing out new updates with new features and introducing the latest industry standards. What I love about them is that their customer service is always very helpful and has always resolved all my issues even if it meant implementing custom code.
