Not the best service unfortunately
Not the best service unfortunately. I ordered 2 items, one of which turned out to be unavailable. I would not have placed my order if it was only one item available. More details below. I initially received an e-mail from them telling me that a deodorant (which I didn't order in the first place) was not available to fulfil my order. I e-mailed them to say I think there's been an error. They apologised and said that my order is being processed as ordered with no indication that any of the items are unavailable. I then received an e-mail that one of the items actually wasn't available and they will be refunding me. I used a discount code for the original order and they refunded me the wrong amount. I had to correct them because even with the discount code they refunded me much less. This was then corrected and a full refund for the unavailable item followed (two separate sums were refunded totalling the correct amount). I informed them I want to cancel the order because I would not have placed it if it was only one of the items. They said they can't cancel the order at this stage because it's now being processed and at a stage where it can't be cancelled. It's quite a shame they never even asked whether I was happy with only part of the order being fulfilled. In accordance with their own T&Cs, if an essential part of the order is not fulfilled the customer is entitled to a full refund. I e-mailed them with this information and got an unhelpful response saying they have answered all my questions - but they clearly failed to address the cancellation point and their own T&Cs. They ignored all further e-mails. The order was only sent about a week later and the only good things about them is that it arrived well packaged and I received order update e-mails regularly. Don't think I'll be using them again. #159889

Dishonest!
Bought a 30 ml bottle of face oil and they sent me a 10ml bottle. I paid almost 6 euros for postage. When I complained about the wrong size, they say the 30 ml doesn't exist! Then why advertise it and charge for it! They only refunded me a partial amount and I was charged for postage. I would never have paid that much postage or money for a tiny bottle. I don't recommend this company.

Sagt mir das ein Produkt nicht mehr verfügbar ist worauf ich die Bestellung stornieren lassen wollte. Sagt der einfach dreist dass die es trotzdem verschicken und ich die retour selber bezahlen muss

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I placed an order. 1 of 2 items was then unavailable and the incorrect amount was refunded, leaving me out of pocket and paying delivery for a single item which I wouldn’t have otherwise done. When j emailed to say I hadn’t got my correct part refund, those emails went unanswered. I WhatsApp’d and had a very rude and unhelpful response and eventually they must have blocked me for no reason. I wasn’t rude. They kept claiming to have answered my questions when they clearly had not. I am shocked and will be reaching out to my credit card company for help. I am still awaiting the 1 item in my order to arrive. I won’t hold my breath. AVOID AVOID. AVOID.
