Rigid. Unhelpful customer service. $$$ Neat service though.
It turns out I didn’t really need what they had for my business so I was going to maybe do it another time… I use their service for about a month and after paying for the year realized that I probably just have to let that money go wasted for the rest of the year.… I didn’t really return to the email address I had opened up for this part of my new business. So I finally opened it up about a year later and noticed too late that they had just charged me for another year. I contacted them and there was absolutely no flexibility even though I barely used it at all! Buyer beware- there’s no flexibility. You will lose the your payment and there’s no option to just pay for a year. I’m flabbergasted at their lack of flexibility in an obvious situation… However, it worked great when I used it. .

If I could give this company ZERO…
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would! I purchased a basic plan, thinking I would have access to the minimal things it has to offer, like changing my background. NOPE... You gotta pay more money for that. You wanna put your own custom graphic for a background? NOPE... You have to pay more money, even though it doesn't state this anywhere on it website. If you are looking for a platform to livestream, I WOULD NOT recommend OneStream. They will take your money, not provide a good service and not think twice about it. Also, they wont allow you to delete your form of payment so they can take from your account, even after you think you deactivated your account!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers! Now I have to report fraud to my bank and cancel my debit card. This company is not worth the hassle! Their customer service sucks and they do nothing to remedy the situation! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
