DG Cycling est un site d'arnaque de vélo qui propose des règlements par carte mais qui après processus de commande ne le propose plus! De plus après un appel téléphonique de ma part et dans le doute une personne ne parlant même pas tres bien français me dit de ne pas m'inquiéter bla bla bla bla bla .....bref un co....rd de plus et un site encore frauduleux ARNAQUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Article commandé dans ma taille habituelle. Bien reçu. Mais si la taille correspondait, article beaucoup beaucoup trop petit. J’ai contacté leur service après vente pour faire un échange. Il m’ont proposé de leur renvoyer contre la modique somme de 35 euros ou de le donner à quelqu'un d'autre. Site à éviter.

You better hope you don't need to return or exchange!
I placed an order for my husband for a couple of shirts and two bibs. He did not like the quality nor the fit of the bib so I reached out to the company immediately. After many back and forth emails the only resolution the company would offer me was to charge me $11 per item to exchange for a shirt that cost less than the bid. So not only did they want to charge me for their poor quality, they would not refund the difference in the cost of the two items. Before you buy from this company, read the many reviews left by others about their poor exchange customer service.

poor quality gel shorts the padding…
poor quality gel shorts the padding only covers my sit bones and does not extend to the front. So far I am getting ghosted on a refund - they don't seem to offer a full refund, but only let you know this after you have received the order. There doesn't appear to be a way to return the shorts. Lousy product.

Aside from a horrible returns policy…
Aside from a horrible returns policy (because items are made to order they won't refund for wrong size), I'm happy with the 5 items I bought. But they seem good quality and like many people I had to upsize 1-2 sizes. Yeah delivery was slow but just be patient. Australia Post takes longer to deliver and that's just between Australian cities! I think it was about 3 weeks before my items arrived. But once you have your size right, you'll know what to order going forward.
