Blocked my account when I was winning

Blocked my account when I was winning — no opportunity to defend myself I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ONLYWIN After I started winning, my account was suddenly blocked. I was told that I had allegedly violated the casino’s Terms and Conditions. I strongly dispute this allegation and have not been provided with a reasonable explanation or evidence showing exactly what I supposedly did wrong. What is particularly frustrating is that I have repeatedly tried to have this matter reviewed and have asked to speak with someone in a position of authority who can properly explain the decision and allow me to respond to the allegation. I have been refused that opportunity. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for transparency, evidence, and a fair opportunity to defend myself. I am posting this review in the hope that someone from ONLYWIN will finally take ownership of this situation, review my account properly, and contact me to resolve the matter. I would be very happy to amend this review if the casino provides a legitimate explanation and fairly addresses my concerns. Onlywin please contact me and give me the opportunity to resolve this matter.

Deposit limit I set at OnlyWin Casino took days to activate and still slipped once

I placed a daily deposit limit at Casino OnlyWin but the restriction only partially applied and allowed one extra top-up before locking. The delay made the responsible-gaming tools feel incomplete. That’s why I switched to FieryPlay.plus. Limits took effect promptly and stayed in place as configured.

I have played on this site for months and months now at first I won less than 1500 dollars and then it was downhill from there. This site I played daily on and was an inch away from VIP but I feel like it's a horrible site. My deposits were 1000x more then any cash out or even money to ever just play with. I got a bonus on one game one day and it already showed me before the bonus was even played what I won in the bonus in my balance (Talk about sus) they have a cool off tab but all u have to do is contact support and they remove it which should be illegal no other site allows you to remove your cool down period at all as its against the regulations of online casinos, this site also doesnt permit u to self exclude which I find to be strange and if u set limits you can also change them too if you want a higher limit in the same day which is another huge nono this site is not good for someone with serious gaming problems as they don't have anything to safe guard players. I have made a report as well to the regulators in Ontario about this as well because this most definitely can't be in any way legal. Beware unless you want to hit rock bottom gaming this casino does nothing to protect players whatsoever!!!
