Customer service is exceptional
I ordered a couple of ski suits in the recent sale, as wasn’t sure what size I would need. Once I’d made a decision I went to complete the returns process and it didn’t work. I thought “oh, here we go….” Fully expecting to not be able to return the item without a load of hassle, I emailed the customer service team who COULD NOT have been more helpful. They sorted it out for me in the space of a couple of emails and have continued to be in regular communication with me regarding an exchange I’m trying to sort. I think it’s rare nowadays to deal with actual people who really appear to care about customer retention and for that alone I’m giving them 5 stars. My ski suit is also awesome, btw!

I love my ski suit and cant wait to get on the mountain at the start of the season! Carl was fantastic throughout, his customer service second to none. I encountered an issue with an incorrect item in the wrong packaging, the replacement being lost with royal mail and then my desired suit being out of stock after it was lost:( Carl went above and beyond to source another from the international warehouse and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks Carl and OOSC

Great ski jacket and trousers.
Great ski jacket and trousers. After receiving the wrong order it was dealt with and a replacement sent. Super quality and really nice fit. Would highly recommend after 40 years of skiing I think this good be my best set of gear to date.
