DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS
Scammers. Likely dropshipping. Sent me the wrong parts after weeks of waiting, and the parts that did arrive were cheap quality with bad fitment. When requesting a return, I was sent a standard email template telling me to pay for return postage for a refund. This was to a LPO in Queensland, not even their business address. Return delivery items arrived almost 3 weeks ago at the LPO. After confirming the item was shipped they've completely ghosted me, now being weeks of follow up emails. Have filed a complaint with consumer protection. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. Poor quality parts and non existent customer service. They have no contact phone number, and won't respond to my website support requests or emails. Shame on you. Respond to me and resolve this matter.

Open Throttle LED ‘M Performance’ door lights
Purchased LED ‘M Performance’ door lights for my 2013 BMW Z4 35is M Sport (E89) … to replace my existing (aftermarket) ‘M’ door lights. OMG! … the stark difference between the two products is utterly like ‘night and day.’ The brightness and distinct clarity of the Open Throttle product ‘blows the doors completely off’ any near-peer competitor. Bottom line: if your aim is to impress yourself … and others — buy the Open Throttle LED Door Light kit. If your goal is to remain an unimpressive cheap @ss — then buy some other crappy knockoff.

On 25th of August I ordered order…
On 25th of August I ordered order [#39292] coloured headlight, and today is the 28th of August and they still haven't dispatched the item yet! I have booked the fitting with another garage (my deposit is gone) due to this poor service! I would not recommend ordering from them! I don't even think they have the item in stock!

Very Quality Product
I tried many door lights including one from BMW but the one i purchased from Open Throttle is the best by far! Even during the day, its so bright and beautiful. I highly recommend. Shipping might take about 10-12 days because of customs here in the US but it's worth the wait.
