The fact that they take away all your…
The fact that they take away all your unused credit after the 12 month window is dishonorable in my opinion. Why would I want to continue doing business with a company like this if they're just trying to force retention like this. This is not the move. enjoy my 2 stars .

my experiece with opus clip was amazing. they changed soem policies which i am disappointed with but when i first used it, it was like finding gold.

OpusClip is an Investment Worth Having
OpusClip is a state-of-the art platform on so many levels, hands down. It provides a wide variety of useful resources and skill sets to help assist and motivate content creators, online business owners, and entrepreneuers (from beginner to advanced) to make it to the top. I recently grew my new social media account to almost 3K followers after switching my membership to OpusClip. There are videos, tutorials and hard-working coaches to help us every step of the way, ensuring that we get what we invest in. I highly recommend OpusClip to anyone looking to start or enhance a lucrative online experience. My coach Ollie is my favorite go-to because she not only understands my questions and concerns, she is genuinely has a vested interest in my future success.

The admin of our account left their position. Nightmare ensued
A member of our team left - they were the admin on our business account. There doesn't seem to be any way to change our account admin and there's no customer support available. We went through the chat bot and there was a message that our case was being forwarded to a live representative, but the thread has been frozen for more than 30 hours with no response.

Really impressed with OpusClip overall
Really impressed with OpusClip overall. The platform is constantly improving, and I love how innovative the team is with new features, training, and tools. I’ve had a couple of issues with credits and some occasional bugs, but their support has been excellent — they went above and beyond to make things right. You can tell the product is developing quickly, so a few growing pains are understandable. Overall, OpusClip saves me a lot of time creating short-form content from my podcast, and I’m excited to see where they take it next. 4.5/5 from me.
