I have two Orbit Compact Gear Drive…
I have two Orbit Compact Gear Drive sprinklers on spike I bought in 2022 and 2023. I have the receipts. The packaging says it is guaranteed for 6 years. They both broke. A little piece flew off one of the things, nowhere to be found, so it just goes in circles now. The other one slips around the stops until it bumps up against the other stop and stops. It doesn't even return to the other side. So I called the company and got the runaround. I had to take pictures, so I did. Then the guy wanted me to run some water thru the thing to clean out the debris. First off, there is no debris in the thing, If it's not washing out when I turn on the water it's not going to magically clear out any debris just because the guy asked me to. There is no way to take these things apart. For me in this instance, I feel like the company is a rip-off. My recommendation ... DON'T BUY AN ORBIT SPRINKLER!!!

Rubbish unit
Rubbish unit. I have had the outdoor 6 station smart system about 5 years and was continually going offline and was painful when I was away. Now it’s not working at all I can’t even get hold of someone for assistance. Apparently it’s a known problem with these and I would not have purchased had I known this. Now I have to replace it and I have to pay someone to do it. Under consumer protection here it has failed to meet a standard and therefore covered. I will be writing reviews everywhere

I bought my last Orbit nozzle
I bought my last Orbit nozzle, splitter, and anything branded by them. They all eventually leak, or become stiff, and difficult to operate within the year, hose nozzles, 2 returned, and 2 splitters, 1 returned. I'm done, I don't even want them replaced anymore. Went on to other brands with much better results.

B-Hyve failed from the start
I purchased a B-Hyve WiFi 4 station timer today, installed it, got the wiring perfect. I have an EERO WiFi network that covers all of my property and tested signal in the garage where it was installedand Signal was full strength, both 5 Ghz and 2.4 Ghz, yet the app was unable to find the device, I tried for over an hour to get the thing to sync up, but total failure, I had to return it and bought a cheaper model which works just fine, but, no wifi!

Poor Quality Product
I bought a hose timer, gen 2, and it only worked for a couple months. They did send me a replacement after making me run tests for about an hour. The replacement one they sent me has errors when you run the device. That one started giving errors after three weeks. They probably gave me someone else's defective and refurbished timer. I get an Unscheduled Flow, Mainline error. They spent over an hour today having me test things, and then had me delete and reinstall the device. They also said I could not get a replacement for the defective timer they sent me. I will probably need to buy a Rachio timer after using their products for years.
