Horrible communication and follow through
I requested three or more times to have emails sent to me by a particular person (Steffi), they were not notified or otherwise did not receive (Steffi) notice or the unsubscription, itself, she stated in follow up communication. This didn't go well, because I kept receiving emails, from her. I sent a direct message to her then, notifying her to stop. I received a follow (as mentioned) up message saying that she would stop, and that emails from her would cease. She explained that she was not notified, because of the way the system is set up, basically. Kind of flimsy excuse coming from the company then, with her as a representative... telling me this. I am thinking, "redundant, but OK, just stop emails." I then receive an email later, with a link for this discussion and rating which is headed to return to her, if I were to respond. So, it appears this was sent by her, safe to assume. Didn't I just ask that no emails be sent? And, didn't she just respond that no emails would be sent? Yes, and yes are the answers to these, both. Snd here I am getting another email from her, it would seem clear. No email means, not any email and no more email. This new email has her picture and again, is directed back to her. This is completely idiotic, I would say. The link enclosed leads here to Trust Pilot, and with the mention of trust, I would say that there is little confidence in that regarding communication and follow through with this website, as it is managed there. And well here is a low rating and level of satisfaction expressed about how the company and Steffi, manage my requests. So, it will be interesting to see what continues to happen, and whether emails keep coming still, from her at Orchidromance.
