No customer service and orders can't be cancelled
I placed an order on August 18th, and it is still stuck as "We're preparing these items for shipping." The delay itself is not what bothers me, but the fact that they do not allow cancelling the order even though it hasn't shipped yet. They completely ignore all communication, failing to reply via WhatsApp, email, or their website's live chat. Total lack of customer support once they take your money. Avoid this company.

Could not be happier overall
Could not be happier even with an initial hiccup. My order was not correct when it arrived so I reached out to ORI Future to let them know. Their response was quick, kind, generous and helpful. Their customer service is what customer service is supposed to be. Cannot say enough about the products either. Just as advertised. With a little experimentation and some advice from ORI (again quick responses and helpful advice) I now can churn out great looking clear ice. Takes some patience and practice but it’s worth it. I’m looking forward to more great ice and to purchasing more products in the future. Bravo to ORI Future!

would like to receive my order sometime soon
my boyfriend and i ordered an ice cube maker for my dads birthday. we ordered it on june 20, it has now been over a month and we dont even have a tracking number as the shipping just says “waiting for details” (order #56129) we emailed them 2-3 weeks ago asking about a tracking number. no response.

There was an issue with my order
There was an issue with my order. One email to their support division and the matter was handled quickly and satisfactory. The product itself is very nice but as we all know; quality products are out there, but quality customer service is rare and makes the difference. Ori has that quality service after the sale.
