WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU
Shoes are cheaply made, sizing is WAY off, and they don't tell you that you cannot return any of the shoes if you already made one exchange. For example, I ordered 2 pairs, size 8; too small. Emailed and asked to exchange. They said, send another $20 and they would send a half-size larger and to keep the ones that are too small. So I did. New size 8.5 shoes are probably 3 sizes too big. Sent a note to get a refund for 4 pairs - here is their reply to my $100 order: "We would like to clarify that we are only able to offer a one-time replacement per order. Since a replacement has already been provided, we are unfortunately unable to process another replacement or a full refund at this stage. As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer either: 10% cash back, or 50% store credit Both options are applied to the product cost only and exclude any shipping fees." HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I will be honest
I will be honest. I got a pair of shoes from you guys in June. I just starting wearing them this week in preparation for a trip in September. They are a 8 1/2 but my feet hurt, as I think they run small. I’ve just ordered them this week same pair in a size 9, and hope they will be a better fit. My?? Is— I know it’s over 60 days but as I said, I’ve only worn them 3x. Can I return them?? Please help me. Linda F

Need to go 1 size bigger than your shoe size
I just received my shoes today. I tried them on and going by the shoe size you have are one size smaller than when you by shoes in the store. I love my black and blue ones. The black and purple ones are tight and hard to get . But it might because right now they are swollen. I hope they work for the type of work I do. I work in a warehouse and on my feet a lot. I would like to give it more time to see how it really feels/ works.

Ordered my shoes on Aug 24 and still…
Ordered my shoes on Aug 24 and still shows info received a week later. Contacting a representative per email was not helpful as they gave the same vague information. Who knows where my order is or if its even coming. Not a good experience

The shoes are heaven sent
The shoes are heaven sent. Especially for my daughter who has chronic pain in the balls of her and her heels. My daughter measured incorrectly and when I let the company know I needed a different size. They didn't just send me the size I asked for, they emailed me and explained to me how to make sure I received the correct size. That was so helpful because the size I asked for was still the wrong size. So, not only did I get the correct size, but they shipped it out so fast. I am very happy with the shoes and the company!
