This product is very poor quality
This product is very poor quality. Doesn’t look anything like it’s advertised. Cheap material poorly made. They charge a lot for badly constructed items. Please don’t order from this company. The items come from China they’re selling junk. Also poor customer assistance. Save yourself the agony of dealing with them

I used the 1 star option. There is not a "0" option available. Getting straight to the point. This shoe along with the company is a scam. The product is so inferior it's criminal to market it the public. Any attempt to return the unused in original packaging product, the cost is 30% of the purchase price to return it to China. BTW when it is shipped to you from the company it comes from Georgia to my home in South Carolina. This company should be banned from selling products in the US. I got stuck with the 3 pair I order in April 2026.

This is a dishonnest company
This is a dishonnest company. They state a refund will be given within 30 days if goods unsuitable. I have been refused a refund unless I send photograhs of both the goods and the packaging. I have had several time consuming emails and got nowhere. I have been told to pass them on to a friend and been offered 3% refund. I have refused to accept this and asked for a return address which so far they have failed to let me have. I guess it will be China and therefore exhorbitant postage. Very unpleasant to deal with. I hope noone else will have to go through the same experience. Stay clear.

I'D GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD I'D GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD! POOR QUALITY PLASTIC SHOES, NOT AT ALL LIKE REPRESENTED AND WHEN I TRY TO REACH OUT FOR REFUND, ONLY GET A "ROBOT" WHO CONTINUALLY SAYS CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!! COMPANY SUCKS AND I'VE LEARNED A HARD LESSON!!!!

Terrible company
Terrible company. They are not an orthopedic company. Shoes smell like plastic, they are not the correct fit, then when you try to get resolution for your problem they will not help. Terrible!! Don’t purchase their shoes!!!
