OtoQ Tirana: truffa alert!!⚠️
OtoQ Tirana: Truffatori legalizzati esperti. Ti agganciano su internet con lo specchietto del prezzo basso poi ti chiedono 65€ al giorno per assicurare il veicolo (assurdo considerando che per l’affitto di una Panda chiedono 28€ al giorno). Ti bloccano 650€ dalla CC per la franchigia poi magicamente ti ritrovi una riga di 5 cm sulla carrozzeria e alla consegna te ne addebitano 350€ per le riparazioni. E in più ti trattano pure male. Ho provato a fare una foto dell’ufficio e, caso strano, si sono offesi e mi volevano fare accomodare fuori. Sconsigliatissima! non ci andate!

### ⚠️ Avoid Global Car Rental / OtoQ Orlando – Very Poor Experience I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring a car from Global Car Rental/OtoQ in Orlando to think very carefully before booking. We had **pre-paid for our vehicle**, but due to our flight being delayed, we arrived later than planned. Despite their website stating that they should have been open, we were unable to collect the vehicle as the office had closed. We were then treated as a **“no-show”**, despite the fact that we had travelled to Orlando, contacted the company and fully intended to collect the vehicle. When we returned the following morning as per their instructions, we were put under significant pressure and told that we would have to take out a **new and considerably more expensive insurance policy**, despite already having paid for insurance/cover when making our original booking. We were also threatened with **not being given the vehicle at all** if we did not agree to their terms and additional charges. This left us severely out of pocket and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress at the start of our holiday. What concerns me even more is that, after returning the vehicle, I overheard another customer trying to arrange collection and being told that the office would be closing at **17:30 and would not stay open for them**. Given what had happened to us, this raised serious concerns about how the company operates and whether customers can realistically rely on the advertised collection hours. Having since looked at other customer reviews, I have found complaints about **early closures, unexpected additional charges, insurance being imposed at the desk and customers being treated as no-shows**. Our experience was extremely stressful and expensive, and I would **strongly recommend that other customers thoroughly check the terms, opening hours and insurance arrangements before booking with this company**. We certainly would not use them again.

Steer clear of OTOQ Car Rentals in Orlando
DO NOT use OTOQ What an absolutely disgusting company they are, just a bunch of dishonest liars who totally fabricate the facts to cover up their total incompetence and lack of customer service and try to apply extortionate “Extra Costs” to your booking! They left our party of 7 including 3 young grandchildren stranded at Orlando Airport late at night after telling me the vehicle I had booked and reserved was NOT AVAILABLE, they then refused to send the shuttle bus to collect us unless I agreed to extra costs for a smaller vehicle that could not even accommodate our party size and when I refused they simply told us to try again the next day!! Please spread the word and save yourself the pain & frustration of dealing with this company, the old saying “if a deal appears too good to be true it probably is” is certainly correct with this company, I only wish I had checked them out before hand as the reviews of them reflect my experience they are USELESS!! Also be aware of VIP Cars who I booked through, whilst initially appearing to be supportive and helpful have basically chosen to believe the complete and total pack of lies fed to them by OTOQ and refuse to refund my deposit.

si j’avais pu mettre zéro j’aurai mis 0! À fuir!!!!! Nous avons réservé à djerba pour un véhicule, la veille de notre arrivée nous sommes appelés: la location est annulé! Aucune solution de trouver, aucune explication donnée et refuse de rembourser l’acompte payé initialement!! A fuir de toute urgence!!!!!

Ho atteso delle ore all' aeroporto di Atene con la mia famiglia e non è mai arrivato nessuno a prenderci, ho provato a contattarli senza ricevere nessuna risposta. Nei giorni precedenti sono riuscito solo tramite email a comunicare con loro per informarle del numero del volo e l' orario di arrivo. Comunque alla fine ho dovuto prenotare con un altra compagnia il giorno stesso perché non si sono fatti vivi senza risarcirmi.
