Amazing experience
They were in constant communication. Very clear about the process. Adjusted designs to accommodate my budget the way I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I had envisioned. Great quality and customer service was 10/10. I currently have 2 more custom pieces being made by them bc I was so pleased with their service 🤍

Gorgeous necklace and great customer service
This is a legitimate fine jeweler and the necklace is absolutely gorgeous. I have many fine pieces and this is one of my new favorites. The stone is lab created and sparking and clear. The necklace setting is perfect. The customer service was spot on and they kept me up to date the entire way, even sending a photo of the stone before it was set. I will order again with pleasure.

Beautiful custom bands 💍
Ordered 2 custom bands to go with the custom diamond ring they made me a couple years back - they knocked it out the park once again, and inform me every step of the way from the CAD design to delivery. Super happy as always with them, again a repeat customer for life ring

Amazing custom diamond jewelry
I had such a great experience working with Ouros Jewels, specifically Dhruv. They were able to fully customize my diamond ring. I am very particular and showed a lot of inspiration pictures and things I liked about certain rings and they created a rendering of a ring before we got started. For the diamond, I wanted a very specific oval antique cut, and they were able to execute exactly down to every facet. Because they manufacture their own lab grow diamonds, they are truly able to make a one of a kind diamond unlike many other places. This is a place you can create a ring that would cost thousands of dollars retail for a fraction of the cost. After my diamond was made, they sent a video of the diamond before setting it in the actual ring. And I got another video after the ring was completely finished, which I appreciated being fully in the loop. After receiving the ring, I needed a modification and I was able to send it back to them and I received the ring back within a week. It was sent to New York so it could be repaired by a production partner locally. Very prompt and professional. If you are considering creating custom diamond jewelry, do not hesitate!! You won’t regret it and get fantastic service. I cannot say enough good things!
