Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Our Revolution 400 is a bloody nightmare in the wind. Even in light to moderate wind, the strutts collapse. It constantly feels like it's about to part company from the caravan. Avoid this product as its Absolute shit. Just had a reply. Usual shite. Set up problems. Absolute garbage. If I inflate the strutts any more, they would burst! Its tied down and guy lines couldn't be any tighter! I'm a bloody engineer, so cut the crap!

I bought a self inflating air mattress…
I bought a self inflating air mattress a few years back and lost one of the caps. I got in touch with customer services to ask if they sell them and they sent me one out free of charge. Just want to say thank you and a great company to deal with. Would highly recommend 😁

I am frankly shocked.
I am frankly shocked. I am only an occasional caravanner so have only used this awning a handful of times in the several years I've owned it. This week was the first time I'd used it when the weather was consistently wet. After the second night of rain the ceiling of the awning was dripping wet - as were about 30% of the items inside it. An Awning that isn't actually rain-proof is completely useless. I wish I could return it - this is a disgrace.

Not very good at all
Not very good at all! We spent quite a bit of money on a tent and the second time of using it rained and leaked in the bedroom, gone camping this time and I can count at least 12 times where it’s leaking! The beds, clothes and everything is soaked! We have now had to pack up and dump the tent! We have had it going into our 4th year and haven’t used it every year and we only go 3 days a time once twice a year at the most! I have been camping for years and this is by far the worst, completely ruined everything and our holiday to! Spend nearly a grand on a tent and I’d say only the first time was ok! We are extremely disappointed and to be honest has put us off completely going away! So that’s my honest opinion just don’t bother, your better off getting a cheaper one probably be better quality!
