I couldn't be happier with my purchase and overall experience with OutdoorMaster! I ordered the new Shark 3 Electric SUP Pump, and it arrived in pristine, factory-sealed condition. I just tested it on my SUP, and I am absolutely blown away by its performance—it pumps up the board to 15 PSI incredibly fast and effortless! The dual-stage inflation, build quality, and battery performance are top-tier. A special thanks to Tracy and Effy from the customer support team! They provided world-class service, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured the order was handled with extra care. Great Customer Service
I ordered 2 bike helmets from outdoor master, however, I only received one and it was a wrong color. I contacted customer support about it and they promptly responded and corrected my order by shipping out the 2 correct helmets I had ordered. They provided a return label for the wrong one as well. I want to praise them for owning up to their mistake, communicating well, and making it up to me. Will definitely order from them in the future.

Great customer service, shark 3 pump
I bought the shark 3 pump and it worked great, unfortunately after a few uses the battery seem to loose some of its holding charge. I contacted outdoor master and they replaced it straight away without question. Great customer service. Thanks.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service - I purchased my S2 sup pump over a year ago, excellent product with several uses and attachments. I had noticed a deterioration of its performance lately and I believed it to be out of warranty but I contacted support to ask for help or advice for the product, which is working, just slower than it was originally. I received an excellent response within hours, telling me it was indeed still under warranty and offering me a replacement. First class response! Thank you Outdoormaster 🙏

I ordered a helmet that was out of…
I ordered a helmet that was out of stock. Customer support promptly let me know and when the helmet arrived it was high quality and exactly what I was looking for at a great price. As my wife and I were looking at how nice the helmet was, she said "Outdoor Master?" . I think that's where I got my helmet two years ago! Ha! She loves hers as well.
