Avoid Ovago. This company turned a straightforward airline schedule change into an exhausting, circular mess—and repeatedly demonstrated that its support staff either could not understand the itinerary or could not be bothered to read the case history. The issue was simple: my ticket had been disrupted and needed to be corrected so that my outbound itinerary was chronologically valid and matched my travel companion’s confirmed flights. Instead of addressing my reservation, Ovago repeatedly responded with irrelevant information about my companion’s ticket—even after I explicitly explained that his ticket was already settled and that mine was the one requiring action. This wasn’t a complicated request. It required someone to: 1. Look at my ticket. 2. Recognize the schedule change. 3. Confirm that the replacement itinerary was actually possible. 4. Rebook me onto the correct flights. 5. Confirm that both travelers were aligned. Ovago somehow failed at every step. Their customer service appears designed to exhaust customers through canned responses, fragmented ownership, and endless misinterpretation until they simply give up. Every interaction created more confusion rather than resolving anything. I had to restate the same basic facts repeatedly, only to receive replies that made it clear the agent had not understood—or perhaps even read—what I wrote. The most alarming part is that this involved international travel with connecting flights. A chronologically impossible or mismatched itinerary is not a minor inconvenience; it can strand a traveler overseas. Yet Ovago treated basic itinerary integrity like an abstract puzzle rather than the core responsibility of a travel agency. Booking through Ovago added no value. It inserted an incompetent and unaccountable intermediary between me and the airline, turning a fixable disruption into hours of unnecessary stress. Any initial savings are meaningless when the company cannot reliably service the ticket it sold. My advice: book directly with the airline. If anything changes, you will be profoundly grateful that Ovago is not standing between you and a solution.

Oliver, Ext 4792 was a great help. He was kind and very attentive to all of my needs. He also calls from time to time to check to see if I have everything I need for travel.

First Time Booking
I had not heard of Ovago before but was looking for flight info for a trip to the UK. Oliver contacted me and was able to find a flight with the cost we wanted to pay for the round trip flight. Oliver was efficient and willing to work with me around my travel schedule. One of the things I liked best was being able to connect with him on my time schedule.
