Very happy with purchase
We got so used to seeing our baby vitals while in NICU we had to get a monitor to help once she was home. We went for the dream pair sock + cam and we are very happy with our purchase. Normally you only hear reviews from people with bad experiences but ours have only been positive so we wanted to share. The cam is 2k, allows us to zoom in on our baby and thanks to the app we have 3 screens to see her anytime. A spare phone which is on 24/7 and then both our normal phones (an iPhone and android) so we can check up when in the office, kitchen or upstairs. We moved the base centrally and it can reach all throughout the house. It does occasionally lose connection when we cuddle up if the sensor is under our arm but normally it's very reliable no matter which room we are in. I did need to contact customer support as I lost part of the kit and they have been more than helpful with helping me source a replacement. Overall we are really happy with both product and service. It was expensive but the piece of mind it gives has been well worth it.

Wish I never spent £350 of my money …
Wish I never spent £350 of my money on this. To start we had problems connecting it and had to seek advice twice to even get it going and then The sensor randomly broke and I tried to get in contact with customer services 5 times until they finally replied and then the back and forth with them went on for months- now they finally sent a new sensor but now my baby hates it because she’s not worn it for around 6 months so since she was around 7 months old it stopped working! Forcing me to have anxiety with no monitor then forced me to co sleep cause I couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t fork out more money for another one. We have had the new sensor about 1 week and every time I put the sock on her when she wakes up she realises it’s on she’s crying and yanking at her foot to get it off! What a waste of money as now I bet I can’t even use it at all, I’m gonna keep trying but she clearly does not like it anymore. Honestly go with a señor pad that goes under their mattress, they always was the best on my 2 other children. I wouldn’t waste your time and money on this.

FINGER WEG!
Ich hab in meinem Leben noch nie so ein schlechtes System gesehen. Fast zwei Wochen lang versuchen wir, die Socke einzurichten doch es klappt nicht. Sowohl als WLAN als alle anderen Richtlinien haben wir verfolgt doch das Kundenservice ist auch eine reinste Katastrophe. Bitte Finger weg.

Our Owlet Cam 2 became increasingly…
Our Owlet Cam 2 became increasingly unreliable and has now stopped connecting altogether. We tried everything – factory resets, two different phones, both Owlet apps and changing our Wi-Fi settings – but it simply won't pair. Owlet confirmed the Cam 2 has now reached "End of Life", but because ours was activated in 2023 and is outside the two-year warranty, they won't replace it. This is clearly a known issue and feels like they want their products to break just after warranty as Their solution was essentially to recommend buying the new Dream Sight. For a premium-priced baby monitor, I expected both the product and customer service to be much better. After this experience, I wouldn't feel confident buying another Owlet camera or recommending one to other parents.
