Previously saying located in NM, USA now removed that. A company supplies from Mainland China and is likely using HongKong customer service.
The website was originally saying it was registered in NM, USA, but it turns out that was just a shell company or non-existing? The supplier for the company is located in mainland China and uses HongKong customer service? If you want to return something, good luck on that. Today I checked its website again and it has removed its USA address.

I’ve become a Ownkoti junkie. I can’t help but scroll through all their products when an add comes to my FB feed. I’ve purchased several of their products and love the quality and the aesthetic of their beautiful spreads and pillowcases.:D

Although they advertise their bedding…
Although they advertise their bedding as queen size, the blanket I purchased doesn’t fit my bed. I was told that it was my fault because I didn’t measure the dimensions despite it being advertised as a queen. They told me that it was my fault for not measuring and said that I am responsible for the return shipping.

Weird sizes, difficult to return, missing items
The item I ordered, a short set, doesn't fit and I don't want to get another size because the top is way too large and the bottoms are too tight. I have been trying to get information from the company for a week about how to make a return. They initially wrote me back giving incentives to keep or exchange the item but offered a regular return if that was what I preferred. They still haven't replied with information about how to actually do a return. I've never dealt with a company where it takes a week (and counting) just to request a return. In addition: the item I need to return is only part of my original order. The rest of the order hasn't shipped yet and I've been given no timeline for when to expect it. I'm concerned to see that some reviewers here felt scammed by Ownkoti. I wonder if I will ever see the rest of my order or if it was just money thrown away. Updated: This is updated to respond to Ownkoti’s response below. 1) I don’t appreciate their use of my email in a public forum. 2) Ownkoti has NOT sent me instructions on how to get a refund. I have checked all my email folders including my Spam. We have an ongoing email thread that they have not replied to in 5 days. 3) Ownkoti did NOT notify me that the item I ordered on July 28 was sold out on July 30. I checked all my email folders including my Spam. In addition, I checked my bank account. I was charged $145.47 on July 28 for two items. One item arrived and the other one did not. They will not give me information about its status. If, as they claim, they notified me that the item was sold out on July 30, why didn’t they refund the cost of that item? It’s because they never did send me such an email on July 30. They are keeping my money for the undelivered goods and doing their best to avoid giving me a refund on the item I did receive but that is poorly sized. Ownkoti is either a fraud company or has the worst and slowest customer service on the planet. Either way, the person who replied to my review is misinformed or simply lied.
