Horrible business practices and don't back up equipment
I was excited to receive equipment, only to not be able to get the app to login to the defective device, no support except for email and they don't provide prepaid shipping label for returns. Customer has to pay for return.

Purchased the MD Pro scales
Purchased the MD Pro scales, only to find out after I had unpacked it that the app to use them is not supported in Australia! Emailed support who stated the app isn't supported in Australia even though they sell & ship to the country. They said they will "escalate" the issue. Still waiting for a response 4 days later. Be aware that on their website they only show product reviews that are 4 stars or higher. I left a 1 star review that isn’t showing.

Oxline TENS XS Pro With GREAT customer support
Recently purchased a TENS XS Pro to assist with both rehabilitation of a knee replacement and to assist with TTNS for bladder hypersensitivity. The unit behaves precisely as expected. More importantly, customer service and technical expertise for clinical applications is as good as any I have experienced with over 40 years in allied health. They know their product and know the operational applications extremely well. Response to emails are exceptionally fast, same day or next day. They really read the questions and answer cogently and completely. If you place total value over price, this is the company to go with.
