Never buy from these guys.
Never buy from these guys. They advertise products as heavily discounted and claim they'll be delivered within two months. Once they have your money, the delays begin. It's now been over four months, and I still haven't received my product. They don't appear to have any operating offices in Australia. They tell customers to create a support ticket, but there's no working way to do that. They just keep you in limbo with no updates or resolution. The service is completely unacceptable. I'd rather pay four times the price elsewhere than risk dealing with this company again. In my experience, this website is not trustworthy. Its a SCAM ||||

Impossible to get refunds as advertised!
I cancelled my order days before it were ready to ship, but they shipped anyway. When I received the order, I emailed to support to request a return for a full refund. Support has been playing games and putting off the return, and will not give me return instructions or return address no matter how many requests I have put in. The hearing aids were awful. Extremely loud with lots of background noise. No volume control buttons, and no matter what mode, they make hearing much worse. It's been over a month of contacting support for return instructions, and they refuse to give me any info as to how to return. Ive emailed support at least a dozen times and keep getting the runaround. They offer a 50% store credit and for me to keep the hearing aids. I don't want them! I want a full refund. Then they say they have to submit it for review. What review id=s needed for an order that should have never shipped in the 1st place? This place will get your money and do nothing to satisfy a return. They are deceptive, and do not honor their refund policy as written and advertised. With lots of investigating of my own, I found that they require a return authorization form to be included with your return, and if it does not accompany the return, you don't get your refund. You have to get the form from them, but no matter how hard you try or how many requests you give for the form, they ignore you and will not provide the form to you. This makes it impossible to be able to get the refund! Ozzi Home has bad business practices, they are scammers, and are fraudulent in their advertised return policies. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THEM! I am forced into notifying the BBB, The Federal Trade Commission, and the FBI Internet Crime Center, to inform them of their deceptive policies and practices. I am determined to get my refund in full.

Couldn't cancel orderwithin 24 hour…
Couldn't cancel orderwithin 24 hour period. Sent product back to China and am getting no response to getting payment back. No answer to phone or email. Appears I threw away $600. And they hooked me up with a maintenance plan even though I didn't have aids. That was canceled. Stay away from this company

2 soup cans & string work better
Despite their website stating 100% refund, minus return shipping, I have yet to have anyone give me me a return address as its nowhere on the website. 2 soup cans and a string work better than this junk.
