Tips, Pointers, and Improvements to the Website
***EVONY*** I give packsify 5 stars for the CS I give packsify 5 stars for the Customer support. They are wicked good at what they do and they are responsive and engaging. I have not had a bad experience to date. I Will however leave a few recommendations for the website that really should be improved on that I learned from this past experience. 1. Credit card companies if not using Revolut, whenever communicating with the Application and then the 3rd party application "Stripe" see whatever connection or hand shake happens and triggers fraud automatically. I am unsure why but after 6 hours on the phone with a credit company that is what they told me. And then even if the patron lifts the restriction it will then trigger the next level of fraud. This level will cause creditors to express to the patron that the need an ID Verification to lift the ban on the card. My recommendation would be to use a more trusted company, SSL Cert, or have stricter initial communication behind the scenes that wouldn't trigger "fake". Sorry if this is not 100% technical enough or drawn out I just deal with this and don't want any one to have to go through it. 2. have more options with higher % discounts with middle tier amounts. i.e. I wanted to spend 5,000$ USD but there was no option I could get the 1700$ option for 1500$ then it jumped to 10,000$ . So now to benefit from any of the deals I Have to make multiple purchases to hit my number. Also adding to this more time Packsify Reps have to spend logging into an account that could've done it in one swoop. More time the player is offline due to making multiple purchases. To me just seems like if there were more options patrons would knock out a lot more and not have to parse it out. 3. Get an app made for the app store for all types of phones. As awesome it is that the website is up and running it would be much more convenient to have an app. Thank you for everything. These 3 items dont meant your site sucks. I love it. I recently won a competition on Discord that resulted in winning Packsify credits. I’ve always been high strung about others having access to my account, even with safe codes, account protections, authentication processes, etc. The entire process was smooth and simple to be honest. Looking back, I could have been saving money on in-game packs for a while, but the team at Packsify did a great job keeping me informed through the entire process.
