Very comprehensive and detailed…
Very comprehensive and detailed instructions. This is absolutely the best program for me at this point in my recovery from many injuries. I especially love the mind body connection emphasized throughout. Vinny is a master teacher and I so much appreciate him sharing his vast knowledge and insight. I would give them a 10 if I could! I plan to continue Pain Academy for the foreseeable future. I have participated in since April 2025 and have never missed a day. I look forward to my continued progress because of Pain Academy!

LOVE This Program...
LOVE this program and how much it has done for me as long as I am willing to apply it to my daily life! The support from Coaching has also been as wonderful addition when I am stuck or have a question or even need a listening ear from someone who works in this body work arena. it’s the real deal!
Vinny and his Pain Academy program are life changing! The routines are extremely well coached, written and WORK! I have consistently done Pain Academy for almost 5 years and it has given me strength, balance,eliminated knee, shoulder( old injury) and back pain! Vinny has truly developed a system that will and does work for all.Be good to yourself and just DO It!! Thanks Vinny for your caring and drive to help those in pain❤️

Unique program targeting pain from a comprehensive approach that gives results
I started experiencing Pain Academy using the original web platform. Then it changed to the application with improvements that were above my expectations. The routines, meditation, special meetings, access to education are all well researched and made accessible to their members. I give them 5 stars!
