This first time importer is very satisfied
After a Google search to find a UK shipping company, I came across Pallet2ship. This was the first time I’ve imported anything from abroad and needed some assistance along the way! So, after a quick phone call to understand the process, Dan E kept me informed about the steps to take, if any documents were required, or were missing from my side. EG: I wasn’t aware of VAT/Import duty I had to make. I setup my online account and continued to enter the necessary details. Their portal was very user friendly as it had help videos along the way. My shipment was delivered a few weeks back without issue I would highly recommend Pallet2ship for your shipping needs

Its hard to fault Pallet 2Ship
Its hard to fault Pallet 2Ship. I have a small business but have a lot of products shipped to me from various locations. I was away for a few days and the order was being shipped to land on a particular day when i was not available. I spoke to Rafael to make arrangements for the next day after 10am The local drive was spot, and today i was contacted again to make sure the delivery was ok for next day. With Automation its hard to control deliveries and any site based issues, Rafael has shown that this can work and does work, this i feel is being customer focused, sadly in many transactions sadly lost, but is alive and well at Pallet2Ship so happy to recommend

I made my booking just before the cut\-off point and was still able to book for same\-day collection\. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and my parcel arrived at the given destination just two days later, even though it was over the weekend\. I’m more than satisfied with the service — 10/10\! ⭐️

Very good experience with Pallet2Ship
Very good experience with Pallet2Ship. The booking process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the pallet was collected and delivered as arranged. Tracking was easy to follow, and the customer service team responded promptly and provided accurate information whenever we had a question. I would be happy to use them again for future pallet deliveries.
