I purchased five pairs of contacts and didn’t receive them.I paid more then 250$. I contacted customer service and they didn’t not help.This is what they told me. (Sorry for replying late, due to the temporary break, we were not able to reply your ticket. According to your tracking number, your package was received:) When I check the tracking number this is what it says.(This number can’t be found.Its not available in the carriers system yet.Please check back later) My track number says not found.Then it say Brazil with an arrow that points to location unknown.They got rid of there website a month after I bought them but there website is back up and running.Don’t buy.

If I could give a 10 star I would! I have been ordering contacts from them for a while now and they are so perfect in every way. The customer service is great too! Very prompt. Thank you for the service and gorgeous contact lenses!!! Zenna

I ordered my lenses July 1 and it’s November 22 still haven’t got nothing I got a call a week ago saying that my order was delivered but to the wrong state and wrong address and it wouldn’t let me reply so do I get my items sent to the right address or money back I’m so mad

STAY AWAY!!
I wish I could give a 0 star rating! I ordered lenses in May 2017 and I never received them so I contacted their customer service and they said they would send another one if I paid for shipping again, so I did. I never received those either so I contacted their customer service again and they sent me a photo of the package that was returned to them because it was unclaimed....however on the package shows the COMPLETELY wrong address. I even sent them a screenshot of the address I provided them and they still REFUSE to give me a refund! They take forever to reply and they seem like they are not even TRYING TO HELP or understand that they DID SOMETHING WRONG. POSSIBLY FRAUD!!! I SPENT 140 USD and they did not refund me 1 CENT for a mistake that THEY MADE! STAY AWAY!
