Order delayed & missing parts
I ordered a toddler costume online from Partycity store #827 - Fairview Park Commons on June 18, 2026, with an estimated delivery date of June 22. Unfortunately, the order wasn't shipped on time. When I contacted customer service, I was told that Canada Post had not picked up the parcel until July 3. The package finally arrived on July 8, more than two weeks late. While the outer shipping bag was sealed, the costume bag inside had already been opened and was torn. On top of that, all of the costume accessories were missing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The delayed delivery, lack of accountability, opened packaging, and missing accessories made this purchase frustrating. I expected much better quality control and customer service.

We ordered balloons for my daughter's…
We ordered balloons for my daughter's party. 4 we brought in. The rest we bought from them. The 4 we supplied- they popped one, 2 had no helium and wouldn't float and the one good one they didnt tie the sting on properly so as soon as I exited the store it flew away. The best part was how happy the associate was to tell me "you signed a waiver so you cant do anything. 4 times she told me that. You cant do anything. I can boycott and I suggest you do the same.

Customer Service Nightmare
Heads up to anyone shopping at Party City Langley - bought my child a child size Grinch Costume earlier this week. Got it home and took it out to find a large adult size costume with completely different writing (see pic) inside the bag. Frustrating but no big deal and went to take it back today for a refund. The “store manager” argued with me for about 20mins that he wouldn’t refund me for their incorrectly packaged item. Specifically told me it was my job to open the packages and make sure I was getting what the package was labeled as. He wanted to give me store credit - which after not apologizing and offering to refund (standard good customer service) I said no because I honestly don’t want me money tied up on a store credit I don’t need. Finally after pressing him over and over for a refund (about 20mins back and forth where he acknowledged the item was incorrectly packaged but it was my problem for not opening the package and checking) he did give me my refund, but only after being snarky and rude towards me. Moral of story - buyer beware at party city and this scammy behaviour and their awful customer service.
