Its nothing like claimed - Stay Clear sit with EU make
First issue it was not the cat version if they actually do specific units for both. Next was activation seems the SiM its claimed is not required is required. Once activated it believes its in China and there is no way to change its home address, also uses app produces pop ups trying to get you to install alsorts. Last issue was trying to return it for a refund. Despite getting photos that proved and they agreed mine was a dog unit. They refused refund until they got it back in China. The cost of sending it to China with tracking was prohibitive. Sending without tracking you might as well put it in the bin.not only that they refused to refund postage costs. The UK trading standards and consumer protections dont apply due to there location. The instructions are missing even the basic details like on\off button. Which is hidden under logo label are missing. I found one option shows its location on Google maps, so I intend to use it as occasional car tracker when parking away from home

It is a scam, do not fall for it
They will take your money and never send you anything, they're just thieves and liars. Do not expect consumer organisations to help with this, either.

My last experience dates back to December 2023 when more money was taken from my account even though I'd given Pawtrack three months notice to end the contract. The only way you can stop money being taken is to contact you bank's Dispute Dept and get them to Blacklist the company on your account. It helps if you've kept a copy of the email giving them notice and you can let the bank have that. At the very least you should go through the giving of notice process so you are armed with that for the next time money is taken and there will be a next time unless your card Expires naturally. My bank actually got my money back just before Christmas. I hope this review helps others.

How do you stop Pawtrack from taking recurring payments? I have emailed them and tried to contact them. They don’t even have a website, product or service. How is this legal?
