My dad has a payflex
My dad has a payflex, its under Carl Booysen. My partner made the payment from his account. Cash converters does not see the payment reflecting and shows cancelled. I either need a refund back to my partners card (Lyle Hendricks) so i can by a different laptop cash at cash crusaders or push the order through so i can collect it from the store. I start a new job tomorrow and need a laptop to go on calls with the clients This is a very horrible experience and we expect a call ASAP!!!! Laptop was purchased saturday morning around 9h15 am for R6999( original pricing is R9700) i can share both IDs for Lyle and my dad. Cash converters says its showed as canceled on their end.and if thats the case "wheres the money that was taken from the account???"

Blocking my account for a mistake they did in 2020
Now in 2026 that I want to use payflex again I notice They block my account. After many email to find out why. They refered back it for a purchase in 2020 that was not settle on the stipilated time but the account is settle in full. They are suppose to deducted straight from my account and ? did forgot and now they are holding me responsible for this late settlement of an old account in 6 years ago that was not even my mistake and the account is settle in full. The still block my account

When they cannot help they blocked profiles...
I am very disappointed with the payflex support team.... we have used payflex twice and both times we have paid on time and completed the payments... I have since lost cell number that i registered with and everytime i try to log in askes for selfie and send otp to old cell number which means I cannot login I contacted the support to change cell number because otp keeps going to old number and instead of getting help they blocked my profile because I use my wifes email address .. quite disappointing as they really have no customer care sad really but it's ok. It's not the end of the world just disappointing that they don't help the customer ...

I order some items at temu and canceled…
I order some items at temu and canceled some of the stuff the same day, so I asked for a refund and temu refund me and sent it to my payflex account and with alot of queries no reply and nothing in my wallet. And with the remaining stuff I paid in terms and with the last payment I paid it before the date scheduled for payment. So the date of my last payment payflex debited from my account. And my account was payed in full, but they deducted the money from my account. So with queries no respond.The refund date was 06-04 - 26 and the payment query was 04-05 - 26
