Professional, reliable and good at what he does
We've worked with Richard on-and-off for about 3 years. He is extremely professional, reliable and good at what he does. He's good at breaking down complex topics into something easy to understand. He most recently supported us with a rebuild of our Wellbeing Launchpad website. This was built on Wordpress and positioned as a service layer for healthcare professionals & patients. He helped us update the backend admin system so that all of our stakeholders could easily use & navigate it, as well as providing a lot of help with the frontend design. The result is a design we are very pleased with and a system which has been adopted by a large number of users, both from our network and beyond. He often provides support for any potential bugs / problems, although the way it has been set up has been robust. We are often complimented on the quality of the work and we are very happy with how it has turned out. Thank you!

I worked with Richard to get my Wordpress website updated to handle new API connections with my suppliers. He rebuilt the site from scratch, including a number of extra features that I requested. The experience was pleasant and he replied quickly and accommodated my feedback without complaint. He made additional suggestions and did a great job overall! Will definitely continue the work with him.
